iHeartMedia St. Louis recognizes the affect Breast Cancer has on the women in the African American community and their families. This year marks the 14th Annual Sista Strut 3K Walk and Car Parade on Saturday, October 7st in Downtown St. Louis at the corner of 14th and Market to continue bringing awareness and raise money to give back to the community.
